I think the background works well as it is typical of people to read newspapers in the train station whilst waiting, also because it is in grey hues it matches ur sketch and on the whole looks well thought out. Also i think it is quite funny as the wanted guy is infront of the pther man and he doesn't even blink an eyelid so to speak! clever way to portray people and society today. Nice1 :)
